Nani Grimmer will serve as Treasurer for the Pine Springs High School PTSO. She and her husband live in Fuquay-Varina with their two daughters, and their family has been part of the Pine Springs community since 2017, when their oldest daughter, Evelyn, started as a founding kindergartener. Their younger daughter, Isobel, will enter 5th grade this fall.

Nani works at RTI International in Research Triangle Park, where she serves as Director of the Project Management and Quality Office. She is excited to use her financial management experience to help support and grow the new high school PTSO.

Katie Mast and her family are excited to be part of Pine Springs' founding high school class. She and her husband, Josh, have two children: Beckett, a rising 9th grader, and Olivia (Via), a rising 5th grader.

Katie is passionate about building welcoming, authentic, and connected communities through both her local involvement and work in the fintech startup industry. She is honored to serve as a founding PTSO board member and looks forward to supporting students, staff, and families during this year.

Melanie Allen and her family have been part of the Pine Springs community since 2024. She and her family live in Fuquay-Varina and have three children: Eli, a rising 9th grader; Tessa, a rising 7th grader; and Theia, a rising 3rd grader.

Melanie has a background in school marketing, and Pine Springs is the third PTO/PTSO she has served with. She values community, meaningful relationships, and sharing the beautiful years of raising kids alongside other families. She is excited to help launch the high school and support families during this inaugural year.

Jaclyn Armstrong is the proud mom of four Pine Springs students: Logan, a rising 9th grader; Adaleigh, a rising 8th grader; Elise, a rising 3rd grader; and Collin, who will enter kindergarten this fall.

She deeply values the sense of community and connection that makes Pine Springs so special and is excited to help bring that same culture to the high school from the very beginning.

Tammy Smith is honored to serve on the PTSO Board and is excited to support the students, teachers, and families of Pine Springs High School. She and her husband, Jon, have two children at Pine Springs: Jack, who will enter 7th grade, and Liam, who will be part of the inaugural 9th grade class at the new high school.

A local attorney who was born and raised in this community, Tammy has witnessed the tremendous growth of the area over the years and is excited about the opportunities Pine Springs High School will bring. Her commitment to serving the community runs deep, and she looks forward to helping foster a strong, supportive, and connected school environment for all students and families.
